The only people who managed to deliver 2025 DOT Continental tires. I've called 10 other shops, they all had 2023, 2024 inventory.

Order 2 tires, Saturday.
On Monday I received a sms saying the the tires were picked by the courier, the awb was invalid, also saying the estimated delivery is for Thursday.
Contacted the courier company on Wednesday for more info, they told that they knew nothing of the specified order.
Called customer support on Thursday and I waited 6 min for an operator to pick up, finally told me that because of the large amount of orders the logistics are going through a slower pace. Understood but for me it was urgent and the site was saying 24/48 hours delivering, told me that they will handle the order as fast as possible.
Today, Friday, I cancelled the order because they did not even handle the tires to the courier company. The operator told me that the payment will be refunded when they know where the tires are. I have no ideea what that means.
Hope this helps anyone who is thinking of ordering from this shop.

For those who don't know and are tricked by this merchant. if you ever encounter an issue with tires from them you can file a complaint with the tire manufacturer, especially if there are any concerns regarding quality.
Tire manufacturers usually have a contact number on their website and they really appreciate letting them know about suspicious practices.

The workshop is ok. The service is prompt.
The only shortage that I identified is that there is no possibility to book your timing. Therefore, one must go there, check in with the Reception and then wait ...maybe 1, 2 or more hours.
There might be an improvement that the exit / entry to the DNCB can be made safer and easier.
Otherwise, the people are fast and the work done is neat and clean.

Very professional tire service and hotel. I come there every time to change season tires. Highly recommend.
